Senior Operations Research Analyst

Plano, TX

Sr. Testing Engineer needed in our Plano, TX office to utilize survey tools SurveyMonkey and Alchemer, and develop questionnaires, to capture and collect comprehensive data from U.S. carriers, phone users, and internal teams; access and observe internal operation systems and databases, gathering and extracting information related to processes of product development, testing cycles, and workforce allocation; integrate and process data with SAS for data modeling, facilitating analysis planning and data management; using SPSS for trend analysis and forecasting in upcoming product planning; based on in-depth analysis, generate reports with clear and reliable data support using data visualization tool Tableau, explaining findings and providing overall strategy of new projects; create detailed operation plans and recommendations to control budgets, optimize procedures, and increase efficiency.

 

Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Operations Search or Business.

  • minimum 4 years of operations research analysis experience in the smartphone wholesale industry to including the following: proficient in SurveyMonkey or Alchemer to design, conduct surveys and questionnaires and collect data; using SAS for data modeling and management; utilizing SPSS for data analysis and forecasting; utilizing Tableau to produce analytical reports.

FIELD TESTING ENGINEER

Plano, TX

Filed Testing Engineer needed in our Plano, TX office to

execute field/lab test for US carriers (AT&T/T-Mobile/Verizon/TracFone), analyze failure logs and track issues until they are resolved.

 

Requirement:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile device testing/failure analysis with system simulators and in field, including 3G, 4G, 5G.LTE, VOLTE.

  • Ability to collect log, track defect, debug end to end system performance and functional issues.

  • Experience in Mediatek Tools (ELT); Qualcomm Tools (QXDM, QCAT).

  • Familiarity with U.S. Carriers requirements and certification procedures (AT&T/T-Mobile/Verizon/TracFone).

  • Strong wireless technologies background including 5G SA/ NSA, 4G/ LTE, VoNR, VoWiFi, AGPS, IMS protocol and VoWifi call flow.

  • Deep understanding of modem protocol layer stack – L1, MAC, RRC for 3G/LTE/5G.

  • Ability to take ownership and bring innovations in test methodology.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
